Conditions of participation

Participation in the SOUL Dance Style competition is free of charge and is subject exclusively to the following terms and conditions.

How the competition works

The competition starts on December 4, 2024, and ends on December 26, 2024. It will take place on the Instagram platform. Users can participate on Instagram during this period.

To participate, the participant must do the following:

  1. Follow the organizer’s Instagram account @souldancestyle .
  2. Like the contest post.
  3. Tag friends in the comments (any number of friends can be tagged).

    Share the post in the story (not mandatory).

The winner will be chosen by random drawing. The model and size of the dance shoes will be determined in consultation with the winner.

Eligible participants

Eligible to participate are natural persons who are at least 18 years old and resident in the EU where participation in competitions is permitted by law. Employees of the company and their family members are excluded from participation.

Profit

The prize is a pair of dance shoes. The model and size will be coordinated with the winner. The winner will be contacted via private message on Instagram.

Notification and transmission of the prize

The winner will be notified via private message on December 27, 2024. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged. Shipping costs are covered by the organizer. The winner must respond within two weeks, otherwise the prize will be awarded to another person.

Data protection

To participate, you must provide personal information, such as your Instagram profile name and, if applicable, your name in the comments. This information will be used exclusively for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties. The winner will be contacted via private message; therefore, no personal information will be published.

Liability and exclusion

Instagram is not responsible for the competition. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants in the event of manipulation or violations of the terms and conditions.

Final provisions

Legal recourse is excluded. This competition is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
