Delivery Time

Items in stock will be shipped on the same or next business day at the latest.

Items not in stock will be delivered within 4–6 weeks – depending on the specific model and production capacity (e.g., during factory holidays, production is closed and earlier delivery is not possible).

Shipping Costs

The estimated shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight per pair of shoes.
The exact shipping costs will be determined at the time of actual shipment and will then be included in the invoice.

Currently, we ship our packages with DHL. The prices are calculated based on the weight and packaging size of women's shoes. If the package includes men's shoes, the shipping cost may increase accordingly, as they generally require larger and heavier packaging.
